Payment Terms
Your onetime non-refundable processing fee has been received, and your account has been setup with your assigned member number and pin being issued to you in your mailed fulfillment materials. If for any reason you have not received your New Member package by regular U.S. Mail within 7 –10 Days, please feel free to contact Member Benefit Support as indicated above to request a no cost duplicate package be expedited and sent to you with your assigned member number and online website access information.
